So happy I found Rick Roche at Elk Agency. We just bought a house in Elk River and needed quotes for home owners and flood insurance. After getting a quote from the “big guys” we were feeling pretty disheartened until we found Rick!! His quotes came in lower than the big, nationwide company we first sat down with, and he showed us how his policy is better than what the other company quoted us. We also own a business and two vehicles that were already insured with someone else so we had Rick give us quotes for those policies too, both came in lower and one was lower by half!!!!! He is saving us so much money and he got all of our paperwork together by email in a matter of a day or two, I just swung into the office at the last minute to go over the details and sign the papers.

Great service, great prices! So thankful for Rick!

Would Highly recommend Elk Agency to anyone needing for all insurance needs for 2 reasons: 1) I have been insured with Elk Agency for 25 years and when I call I get a friendly team member who are willing to help right away or get back to me when they can. 2) I work in an industry who deals with insurance agents daily and Elk Agency has the right thought process and belief system. Karen, Kaitlyn, Jodie, Jane and Rick are a great group who are still working in the office during this time in our lives when most insurance agencies are locked up and working from home not available to their customers that might really need them in person. I have been with Elk Agency for decades. The value of a small agency like this, with the personal service they offer, is invaluable. Whenever I call I am able to get a hold of someone right away and they know who I am! It's reminiscent of the old days when we used to be able to get someone on the phone all the time anywhere. And the service is great! They always know how to answer my questions. If they don't know an answer to something with one of their companies, they always find out in an expedient manner.
